Every year EF asks students across Canada to consider an issue in their community and share one idea to help solve it at a local, national, and global level. I was one of 28 students chosen for this once in a lifetime opportunity. We travelled into the Amazon Jungle and helped a community build a school. It was the BEST experience of my life.
I learned about another culture and got to see a totally different place in the world. The experienced opened my eyes and inspired me to do more for my own community and beyond.
